I Am 33 Years Old Male And Having Obesity Weight

I Am 33 years old male and having obesity weight of 117kg for the height of 178cm. MRI referred by my treatment doctor who is taking care of rnemorotorities. My current test report uric acid level 10.1., at same time frequently getting neck pain and heavy sweeting, LHS and chest side pain feeling.ECG reading also normal. MRI reprt diffusion disc bulging indending at C3-4,C4-5&C6-7 to thecal sac. Posterior osteophytic- disc complex causing neural foramen narrowing and indentational of existing nerve root bilateral. Looking your suggestions. FYI am already consuming pressure and clostrol tablets for more than 8months.
