I Didn't See Blood When I Aspirated The Needle Of

I Didn't see blood when I aspirated the needle of my progesterone (for IVF ). I injected and when I withdrew the needle there was a drop of blood inside. Does this mean I injected into a vein? What are the reprocussions to my transferred embryo? Do I need to inject again?
