I Fell Uncomfatable With Stomack,foot,testes. Always I Feel Something Boiling

I Fell uncomfatable with Stomack,foot,testes. always i feel something boiling in my left side of Stomck which slightly above my left testes & this boiling or hitching is equal to vibration of foot fingers I tested testes which gives a report of bilateral virecosis grade II & iwon't fell hungry for all Times & also I feel some sort of shock in my foots.
please tell me what shall i do
