I GOT BLOOD TEST. IT IS Confined That I Have

I GOT BLOOD TEST. IT IS confined that i have typhoid. last month i have semi stool problem and loose bowl movement. due to this i have undergone for blood check my reports typhi "TO" 1:160, TH is 1:80, AH and BH ar <1:20. right now i have no such symptoms of fever, vomit and motions even. do i need to check my typhoid check again to know the status
