I HAD CELLULITIS AND WAS IN HOSPITAL AND GIVEN 3

I HAD CELLULITIS AND WAS IN HOSPITAL AND GIVEN 3 HOUR ANTIBIOTIC DRIPS. THE CELLULITIS (which was on my leg) seems to be gone. But now there is a outside rash on the same spot and other places on my body. Before hospital the doctor put me on a antibiotic tablets and had a allergic reaction this because they found out I was allergic to penicillin. Currently using a cream called betamethasone valerate . Also the reaction to the antibiotic bought me in these rashes. Will the cream I am using help?
