I HAD A Blood Filled Blister On The White Of

I HAD a blood filled blister on the white of my eye ball that after a few days the blood completely filled all the white that can be seen from the front of my face. It stayed pure blood colored for days then slowly began to shrink back into a smaller covered portion of my eye. It cleared up completely and only had a funny wiggly feeling at the spot that filled the original blister. Not any real pain just strange sensations on my eye. It felt kind of like a prolonged nerve twitch. I am also a controlled diabetic just incase that information is important to letting me know if I should worry about this. What do I need to do?
