I HAVE HAD PRIMARILY HIGH EPIGASTRIC PAIN FOR 5-6 MONTHS.

I HAVE HAD PRIMARILY HIGH EPIGASTRIC PAIN FOR 5-6 MONTHS. Tried omeperzole--no help. Tried Prilosec. Seemed to work a bit after I doulbled the dose. But after some time, didn't work, Trying another round of Prilosec. A lot of the time, it's burning pain. The bad pain is like I've been slugged under thebreast bones (epigastric) area. The worst pain is when my stomach starts getting empty (hungry). A lot of the time it helps if I can eat fairly soon. Is there some other medicine or special diet I can try..
