I Had A Negative Pregnancy Test Today. I've Been Nauseous

I Had A negative pregnancy test today. I've been nauseous for the past week. Had very light spotting since Thursday, period isn't due until Monday. Cycles are normally regular. Could I still be pregnant even with the negative test and spotting? Concerned about the nausea.
