I Had About A Week Not Having Triphasils Then Went

I Had about a week not having triphasils then went to the clinic.They did prenancy test and gave me trigestrel.I only used one pill from the box and i couldn't sleep that night having servere pains on my stomach.the next day it was headache and next i started bleeding abnormally.What could be wrong?
