I Had Many Sexual Relation During The Past Years Some

I Had many sexual relation during the past years some was unprotected. since last relation two months ago. after two days sore throught for 1 week and still till now when I drink cold it get sore also Fordyce spots on my lips I had painful armpit node then disapperead after two days my skin kinda red it get red when I touch my face. also got bimbles with white head on face and chest and white tongue. is it hiv symptoms I feel scared and worried.
