I Have Been Having Pain In My Left Arm For

I Have been having pain in my left arm for a few weeks now. It starts at the shoulder and moves through out my arm all day. Also have mild chest pain. Ijust had an ekg a few weeks ago and they said im fine, they even checked for a blood clot. I do suffer from anxiety, but im worried.
