I Have Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae In My Tongue Week Before

I Have enlarged circumvallate papillae in my tongue week before just a slight of pain only,I have a party before a week,so that i drinked and smoked a lot there,Pain still on going without much more intensiveness,Please let me know that is it needed to get to take medicines or any therapies,or is it sign of cancer,
