I Have Had A Chronic Ear Pain As If It

I Have had a chronic ear pain as if it was a ear infection and a sore throat like I have had sinus drainage and a itchy cough and a head and neck pain. I have had a ct scan of my head and sinuses. This has been going on for over two months I have had antibiotics as well as allergy meds and nothing has changed.
