I Have Hand; Foot& Toe Cramps. My Arms & Legs

I Have hand; foot& toe cramps. My arms & legs feel like they are dying, ///they also hurt. I have had trigger thumb & had to have a cortisone shot & it did release. Now my forefinger on the other hand feels like it is going to do the same thing. X-rays reveal MINOR arthritis. My Calcium levels are fine. BMP is all fine. EMG fine also. The cramps are so bad that my toes jump up & cross over another toe. I have to have my husband pull toes up or down & hold them there. Most of the time I have to get up & walk till the cramp subsides. I also get charlie horses in my calf so bad sometimes that the calf hurts for 2 or 3 days.
