I Hit My Toe Against That Of A Part Of

I Hit my toe against that of a part of the couch, feeling as if it was pushed back, now looking at it a couple days later a big portion of it looks brownish with what a small bit of red at the base, while it looks like the brown portion went over the base. Should I get this looked at?
