I I Fell And Hurt My Hip. The Bruise Is

I I fell and hurt my hip. The bruise is deep purple and keeps growing with red mixed in. Where the contusion is, it is very hard with a lot of pain and burning. I would estimate the bruise 6x6 at least. It's been 7 days and the pain has not gone away at all.
