I I Have A Quick Question For You. The Dr

I I have a quick question for you. The dr last Friday discovered I had what he called stage 3 hypertension. My bp was 180/105. He put me on Chlorthalidone (25mg) in the morning, Amlodipine (2.5mg) and Lisinopril (10mg) at night. My bp gone significantly down (118/71 this morning) but the side effects are killing me! I have been continually dizzy, light-headed, tired, and nauseous. I feel my heart beating so hard in my chest. I called and he said it was normal for a few days. But it's been a week now and no change. I am coming in tomorrow to see the dr again (whoever is here now) but I am desperate for something to help me feel better right now. Can I NOT take my pills tonight? Or should I not stop his recommendations? I'm just in misery here, and would love a solution!
