I I Have Been Diagnosed With Klebsiella Pneumoniae Urine Culture

I I have been diagnosed with klebsiella pneumoniae urine culture and the I've been treated with Macrobid that didn't help that was before this culture and now they did another culture and it came back klebsiella pneumoniae I have had terrible pain in my kidney area they put me on Cipro and I took that for 7 days and the pain eased a little bit in my kidney area but when I finished the antibiotic the pain is back just as severe as it was before I've had an ultrasound of my kidneys I've had a cat-scan and nothing has showed up but I'm still having this terrible pain what do you suggest and what could it be
