I I Have Kidney Cancer In The Left Kidney Also

I I have kidney cancer in the left kidney also in some lymph nodes around it the doctor said that they are not sure if it's Kidney, lung , or lymphoma. I had large B cell two years ago it was in stage 4 I was treated with chemo. 7 month later I got lung cancer the took half of my left lung. 7 months later I have cancer in my kidney and some lymph nodes. The radiologist thinks it's lung cancer. If it's not the doctor wants to operate cut me around my Breast the old way so he can get all the bad lymph nodes also. My guest ion is what are the odds this is lung cancer and has spread
