I I Rolled Over On My Ankle Today And I

I I rolled over on my ankle today and I think it may be broken.I rolled over on it into a slanted concrete drain that runs along the side of my house.The pain is excruciating when I try move it and i can only walk on the tops of my toes.There is swelling and a large bruise right on the top of the bone on the outside of my right ankle.Is it most likely broken?
