I , Manjusha Singh, Suffering From Hypothyroidism Since 4 Years

I , Manjusha Singh, suffering from hypothyroidism since 4 years and currently being treated at Apollo Gandhinagar. Last test of T3 , T4 , and TSH was in the limit. Currently taking Eltroxin 75 mg.My Anti TPO Antibody was more than 1000. There is some swelling near throat and I have some pain in both side of lower jaw. Kindly guide what to do
