I Mr Dhami From Mumbai 65 Years Old I Have

I Mr Dhami from Mumbai 65 years old I have prostate enlargement in 2013 doctor advise me to take Alfoo I have taken it for Six months than after I have stopped but I find it that I am not able to urine properly in night so I am thinking to start again Alfoo tablet please let me know I have to take this tablet life time or for few months.
What will be side effect I have only Gaute and thyroid problem and taking tablets for both problem except this there is no others health issues
