I Smoked Marijuanna For The First Time A Week Ago

I Smoked marijuanna for the first time a week ago and got high i am 17 years old and I am still feeling some affects. I am forgetting alot and it is hard to concentrait, and sometimes I'll believe I'm in a dream. My perception has changed and I really want my old self back. What do I do? Will this ever go away? How long will it take for me to go back to normal.
