Trying different question , I’m a 57 yr old male I cut up hands and my rearend rolling around in gravel under a car now I ave open sore that itch and burn and skin peeing assay from wounds they don’t seem to be healing. Painful and sore could. This be shingles? And if so what do I need to do to heal this. Up
