I Accident My Sliced My Bicep With A Scalpel About

I accident my sliced my bicep with a scalpel about a weel ago and it was about 1/2 an inch deep and 1 inch across so I panicked and stitches it myself ( with sterile equipment and took it out 3 days later I've been cleaning it everyday with antibacterial creams and water ect, and the wound has scabbed over now, what are the chances of it still becoming infected?
