I Accidentally And Stupidly Double-dosed On Macrobid (nitrofurantoin), Which I

I accidentally and stupidly double-dosed on Macrobid (nitrofurantoin), which I just began taking to treat a current UTI. I was supposed to take one pill twice a day but misread and took both at the same time. This is the first day of a seven day treatment period. Should I be concerned, and should I continue taking the pills as normal or skip a dose tomorrow to make up for the extra one I just took? Thanks for your time.
