I Accidentally Forgot To Take One Of My Heart Pills

I accidentally forgot to take one of my heart pills last night but took it this morning, Lisinopril. 20mg.
I was extremely out of breath & week & my BP went to 64/44. Why did missing one pill make me so bad. It's been 7 hours since I took the pill & my BP is only up to 77/52.
