I Accidentally Gave My 5 Year Old Daughter 3/4 Tsp

I accidentally gave my 5 year old daughter 3/4 tsp of Cephalexin 3 times at a time instead of 3 times a day. The Jewel pharmacy told me to fill up to number 4 3 times. And now I see it was 3/4 tsp 3 times a day. Im so worried! I did this yesterday lunchtime and again today lunchtime. My husband gave the other doeses and he had read it correctly. I feel horrible! She has been acting like herself. She did get a breakout on her skin but even went back to Dr today and he thought maybe hand foot mouth. Could this breakout of scabs ve from to much medicine? Thank you
