I Accidentally Got Hit In The Left Eye Area And

I accidentally got hit in the left eye area and now when I sneeze (like I normally do- holding my nose) I hear a popping noise around my eye socket area and it hurts really badly. I tried to sneeze without holding my nose and I was able to sneeze without popping and pain. Why does it pop? Will it eventually stop?
