I Accidentally Poked My Ear With A Q-tip, There Was

I accidentally poked my ear with a q-tip, there was blood, and it hurts but no hearing loss and from what I can tell the bleeding as stopped. It didn't fill my ear just bled for a bit and then stopped. Now it's just really sore. More of a sore/ache with occasional mild pain. No sharp pains and no hearing loss. If anything it sounds louder in that ear, like the fact that it hurts made it more sensitive to sound.
