I Accidentally Recorded Myself While I Was Sleeping, I Listened

I accidentally recorded myself while I was sleeping, I listened to the recording and wondered what or who it was. It was quite scary , because the tone was very low and long coming from my throat.. it wasnt a snore? l ever heard of that kind of breathing?
