I Accidentally Swallowed A Lozenge And It Went To The

I accidentally swallowed a lozenge and it went to the left down my throat and now I feel a pressure that is tight and uncomfortable near my heart. I'm nervous because I don't even swallow pills at all, I crush them and take them with food. I'm scared it may be stuck in my lungs or chest and stay there forever or cause health issues? Or maybe move around while I sleep or while I'm awake and cause me to choke or have trouble breathing. I'm drinking hot water now in hopes it might help it dissolve? Will it pass through my system on it's own somehow? What symptoms may arise that I should be concerned about? When should I go see a doctor? Any advice? Thanks so much!
