I Accidentally Swallowed A Piece Of Small Plastic, Say From

I accidentally swallowed a piece of small plastic, say from a cellofane covering an ice cream tin at a shop. A piece of the plastic was in my ice cream, Would the plastic be sharp enough to cut any part of my intestines or throat, or will it pass through my stools...I think my right lymph node got very irritated due to it tho.
