I Accidentally Swollowed A Small Piece Of Metal And Now

I accidentally swollowed a small piece of metal and now it's stuck somewhere in my throat. it seems as if it's behind my tonsil or around there. it really is bothering me and hurts badly. I told my parents, but they think I'm fine but I'm scared it could rust or something.
