I Accidentally Took 10 Tablets Of 2.5 Mg Prednisone Instead

I accidentally took 10 tablets of 2.5 mg prednisone instead of the 1.0 mg dose. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and am having a flare up. I rarely have to take prednisone (maybe 1 or 2 times per year) I am currently on Enbrel and Methotrexate. I was on huge doses of prednisone about 16 years ago before going on Enbrel, but like I said, I don't take it very often and was going to start with 10 mg then 9 mg then 8 mg, etc. Do I need to be concerned with the accidental doseage??
