I Accidently Licked My Hand While I Didnt Realize I

I accidently licked my hand while i didnt realize i just had touched clorox cleaning products and antibacterial hand soap. That was about 3 hours ago. When it happen it immediately burned my mouth, lips, nose and back of throat. I rinsed with water, drank water and milk. (And ate pizza). But still burning like in those areas. I cannot believe it was much on my hand but just want to be sure I should be fine and stop worrying.
