I Accidently Pricked My Palm With An Intravenous Needle. The

I accidently pricked my palm with an intravenous needle. The needle was wrapped in paper and I only felt a slight poke. There was no visible sign of a puncture on my palm (no blood or puncture hole). I washed my hand and disinfected with hand sanitizer. Am I in any risk of catching a disease?
