I Acidentally, Was Changing A Light Bulb And Used Wrong

I acidentally, was changing a light bulb and used wrong kind and shocked me and I hhabdave to fingers numb on righ IIt hand, yes I'm right handed, it threw the breakers box , I have right had and arm feel weird. When to hospital thinking I was haveing another stroke but all testing show knowing. Help me figure out what is going on?? Patricia
