I Acquired A Protruding ?tendon Like Structure Running Vertically Through

I acquired a protruding ?tendon like structure running vertically through my right axilla 2 days ago. Can't think of any activity that would have caused it, other than I began planking that morning. No pain unless I'm touching it, & then it's very very minimal.
