I Actually Have Many Health Problems, Particularly Bone Issues. Kyphoscolisis

I actually have many health problems, particularly bone issues. Kyphoscolisis with fusion, recent bilateral pars defect with spondy, but recently I have had extreme fatigue, mood changes and extremely painful menstrual cycles with massive bloating (like 2 pant sizes and blood send to be a dark orangy color. Do I need to be concerned?
