I Ah Even On The Combined Pill For Several Years

I ah even on the combined pill for several years I take my pills every morning but one day I forgot to take it and took it late on a night. I have 2 pills left to take before my week break and have had little discharge and very very little bleeding but only when I wipe . There has been nothing on a pad or anything .
