I All Of A Sudden This Evening Have Welts And

I all of a sudden this evening have welts and bumps on my bottom. I'm 57 and female.
I have been dealing with terrible flatulence and bloating these past few days.. don't know if that is related.
I have been trying to stay with rice, toast, crackers, applesauce, banana.
