I Already Have A 3 Leval Cervical Fusion. Years Old.

I already have a 3 leval cervical fusion. Years old. Recently have had bouts of neck pain. Comes and goes I try to take it easy and nurse it along I can usually get it to subside. Last week I strained my neck and something gave. Almost like a balloon blew up and felt as though it was going to pop at the base of.my neck. I got an instant excruciating head ache. I changed my neck position instantly to avoid the pain that was happening. Since I have roof of mouth pain on right side. Neck pain . Up and wraps around skull. All right side and constant headache. Pretty bad at times. Can't tilt my head back because terrible pain. Also ears have had tinitus for about 3 months.
