I Already Have Cervical Disc Issues At C-4 C-5 CAUSING
I already have cervical disc issues at C-4 C-5 CAUSING SHOULER AND LEFT ARM PAIN, ALSO RESULTING IN LOSS OF ROM OF NECK. I HAVE BEEN HAVING BACK PAIN EVER SINCE I WAS DEPLOYED TO IRAQ AND BEEN USING PAINKILLERS FOR RELEIF, I FINALLY HAD THE VA DO MRI ON LUMBAR REGION, BELOW ARE THE RESULTS AND AM UNSURE OF WHAT IT ALL MEANS. MY LOWER BACK HURTS SO BAD SOMETIMES CANNOT TWIST OR BEND OVER TO TIE SHOES SOME FOOT PAIN BUT BESIDES THE NORMAL ATHRITIS PAIN IN MY KNESS NO FURTHER PAIN. I AM ONLY 36 SHOULD IBE GETTTING RESULTS LIKE THIS ? I DID HIT ME HEAD PRETTY HARD IN VEHICLE WHILE DEPLOYES WHICH LEAD TO PHYSICAL THERAPY WHILE DEPLOYED. L3-4:The disc maintains normal height and signal. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing, slightly greater on the right. The central AP dimension of the spinalcanal is 11-12mm. L4-5:The disc maintains normal height and signal. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing due to mild bilateral facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. The central AP dimension of the spinal canal is 12mm. L5-S1:The disc space is narrowed with a small broad-based disc bulge. There is no significant spinal canal or neural foraminal narrowing. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. The central AP dimension of the spinal canal is 12mm. Impression:Mild degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spine as described in detail by level above Primary Diagnostic Code: MINOR ABNORMALITY
