I Always Feel Like Something Is Medically Wrong With Me

I always feel like something is medically wrong with me and that I am going to die or I am dying slowly. I also noticed I have to do stuff repeatedly or else something bad will happen. Mostly, I think I have an illness all the time. What does all this mean?
