I Always Had Regular Cycles. I Got Married In February

I always had regular cycles. I got married in February 2016 and got my period on 11.2.16. Thereafter I didn't get my cycles till now. I took pregnancy test which is negative as we as the usg. I took susten 400 for 5 days and still not getting my periods. I want to get pregnant soon. I'm scared and don't know what to do
