I Always Have Irregular Period From A Young Age As

I always have irregular period from a young age as im getting older its gettinh worst some time having my period for months or not having my period for months 6 month the longest not having it. I have done test after test n now not sure what to do. Now this month its been 15 days n still going does look like its going to stop anytime soon what can i do?
