I Am 1 Day Post Op Thumb Joint Replacement. Oxycycline/

I am 1 day post op thumb joint replacement. oxycycline/ apaps 5-325 2 tabs every 4 hrs. does nothing for pain. Only makes me so. woozy. Unable to sleep. He gave me a Rx. for oxycycline hcl 10 mg. , but only 2 tablets in bottle. He said I could take at night. Should I call surgeon? Need some relief.
