I Am 10 Weeks Pregnant And I Have Been Vomiting

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have been vomiting what looks like brown bile, just a moment ago it had some blood in I have red all these blogs but just need to erasure myself it's normal can you help me, I have survier morning sickness anyway which lasts all day everyday and was told in my midwife appointment I was dehydrated could this be why??
