I Am 104kg And 1.6meter In Height. No Health Issues

I am 104kg and 1.6meter in height. no health issues no pcos no Hormonal problems. but have not been able to get pregnant after the birth of my child 4.5 years ago. have never used contraceptives before too. have not gotten my period since 3months other than very slight spotting in between or when I wipe myself in the toilet. just bought fertomid and started taking it 100mg. today is day 2. please guide me IN DETAILS where do I go from here.
